This privacy policy details our usage of your personal information when you interact with games ("Games") that are created by RapBot Pte Ltd ("RapBot", "we", "us," or "our"). By playing our Games, you acknowledge that you have read this privacy policy.

Analytics

At RapBot, we use analytics in order to improve the gameplay experience for our users, especially during a "beta" phase. This data is anonymous, and gameplay oriented, i.e. how many users got stuck in a tutorial. We do not use our own accounts or store this data on our own servers. The retention period for this type of data is around 3 months.

Advertising

If the Game uses advertising networks, there is a larger amount of data that is collected by the mediation in order to serve you targeted advertising and improve their own services. As of the creation of this policy, we exclusively use AppLovin as our advertising mediation. To access or delete the data collected by AppLovin from your device, you may download the AppLovin Privacy Management Application from the Apple or Google Play Stores.

Opting Out

You may be able to opt out of all data collection in the Game's options, depending on where you live. If you are in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or the United Kingdom ("UK"), you can opt out through a standard Google CMP. Otherwise, you will be presented with a different opt out flow that is in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (together, the "CCPA").

Privacy for Children

Any Game that we have created that relies on advertising is only intended for users that are 16 and older. We have taken steps to ensure that the content rating for them is over 16, in order to prevent the collection of data from children.
